Shoppers can register to ShopNJoy account via Google, Meta (Facebook), or Apple account for quick registration. Alternatively, shoppers can also manually register using their email account. After registration, shoppers will be prompted to scan a referral QR code provided by the merchant.

Shoppers can click the "Forget password?" link and fill in their email address. A recovery email will be sent to the address with instructions on how to reset the password.
